On commence par la licence C Reaction.
\nPetite traduction\/r\u00e9sum\u00e9 pour les francophones:<\/em> C Reaction est une licence qui d\u00e9fend l’existence des oeuvres d’art en tant que telles, et non pas comme objets, commercialisables. Qu’un travail, tel un \u00eatre humain, n’appartient qu’\u00e0 lui-m\u00eame et que la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle est un non-sens: de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on que personne ne peut pr\u00e9tendre poss\u00e9der la vie, personne ne peut pr\u00e9tendre en poss\u00e9der l’essence. Que le marketing des fruits de l’imaginaire est malhonn\u00eate.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Pourquoi ne pas mettre aucune licence, alors ?\u00a0\u00bb interroge le texte
\n\u00ab\u00a0– Parce que les auditeurs pourraient penser qu’il s’agit d’une erreur, alors que c’est un choix affirm\u00e9.

C reaction is an alternative to the public domain, for the creators who wish to free their works,
\nbut which refuse to be subdued to the dictatorship of the commercial world.<\/span><\/p>\n

We affirm that a work, as a human being, even if it has parents, obstetricians, educators\u2026 belongs to itself.<\/p>\n

We affirm that the intellectual property is a nonsense, as one cannot decently plant a flag on the life, one cannot do it on his essence.<\/p>\n

We affirm that the marketing of the fruits of the imaginary is a dishonesty, like Don Van Vliet in 1970 has claimed :
\n\u00a0\u00bb I don’t want to sell my music. I’d like to give it away because where i got it, you didn’t have to pay for it. \u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

We affirm that really subversive works do not have to fear the commercial world and its substitutes,
\nbecause each time a listener discovers what is the authentic creation, he gives up forever the mainstream, to join the universe apart from standard.<\/p>\n

Why we refuse to use the licences Creative Commons ? <\/strong><\/p>\n

– Because it is not the free world which must be subjected to the commercial world.
\n– Because the creators are only mediums which collect the fruits of imaginary and cannot claim for paternity.
\n– Because certain websites refuse works which are not under creative commons.<\/p>\n

Why not be satisfied to mention nothing ? <\/strong><\/p>\n

– Because the listeners could think that it is a mistake, whereas it is an asserted choice.
\n– Because we wish to post our reaction to the totalitarian view of the commercial world.
\n– Because we wish to diffuse our message of resistance against the copyright.<\/p>\n
